Discord & General Rules

Discord's Terms of Service require users to be at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you are not allowed to use Discord.

Participating in or making jokes about raids, doxxes, or swatting is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action.

Sharing private information without consent is a serious violation of privacy and will not be tolerated.

This also includes sharing information about yourself, such as:

• Addresses
• Phone Numbers
• Uncensored pictures of your face if you are under the age of 18. Even if you are above the age of 18, please be aware that this is a pretty effective way of killing any conversation and making people awkward. You may still be warned when over the age of 18.
• Passport information
• Social Security Number
• ZIP code

Recording voice channels without permission from all participants is forbidden to protect members' privacy.

Sending viruses, malware, or any form of malicious links is against Discord's Terms of Service. Participation in such activities, both within and outside of the server, will result in a ban. For simplicity, IP grabbers are also prohibited. Discussions about viruses/malware are allowed in appropriate channels, provided you do not share, teach others how to create, or provide resources for them. Sharing or streaming source code for viruses/malware is also not allowed.

Content that is extremely graphic, violent, or disturbing (NSFL) is not allowed.

Due to the presence of minors, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy on e-dating and flirting. Members attempting to converse or send media with the intent of flirting, whether as a joke or not, will face punishment. This includes baiting or looking for people to flirt with (e.g., "I like older men" or "Any cute girls here?").

Media that appears to be NSFW, NSFL, or gore (such as optical illusions, blurry images, etc.), including server profiles, is not allowed. This includes cropped, blurry, or vague pictures meant to look suggestive.

Any media containing NSFW content will result in a permanent ban. If you wouldn't send it to your grandmother, don't send it here.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any jokes, comments, or other forms of media that sexualize minors. This includes minors calling other minors hot. Violating this rule will result in a ban with no chance of appeal. This rule also falls under Rule 2.3.

Toxic behavior, starting arguments, or being rude to others will not be tolerated.

Any form of hate speech, including but not limited to death threats, racism, and sexism, is strictly prohibited.

Be aware that words like nagger, dagger, digger, digga (we are aware that this is a german way of saying bro/dude) or any other words that may resemble racial slurs will result in the same action taken. Do not try to find exploits in this rule, you are still racist.

To maintain a safe community for everyone, avoid discussing sensitive topics that may lead to drama or discomfort. Sensitive topics include:

• Politics
• Religion
• War

Posting content with the intent to provoke or anger other members is not allowed.

Spamming or flooding the voice channels or chat with repeated messages or sounds is prohibited.

Engaging in annoying or disruptive behavior is not allowed.

Please refrain from sending any media that is excessively loud or bright, which can trigger photosensitivity issues. If you do send such media, use spoilers and add a warning.

Mini-modding, or attempting to correct someone's behavior when you are not a moderator, is discouraged. Harsh mini-modding includes:

• Disagreeing with moderator actions. Feedback is allowed, but a final decision is final.
• Actively witch hunting members to get them punished.

We have a report and ticket system for reporting rule violations.

Attempting to circumvent automated moderation tools (Automod) will result in penalties.

Breaking the counting chain on purpose (or trying to make other users break it) multiple times is not allowed

Sending unsolicited invitations to servers, games, links, etc., via direct messages is prohibited and against Discord's Terms of Service. This will result in a ban.

Advertising via invite links, server joins, or mentioning your status or about me containing advertisements is strictly prohibited. If someone asks for your server/social media, please DM it to them.
